Hi Mark,

On the contrary, I found the theory of lean tools in this book very value adding!
I am a huge fan of lean tools and Lean Thinking is and will always be one of the best books to read when you want to understand what lean is all about.

What I liked less about this book is that a big portion of it contains case studies, which I personally do not care so much about. It is a personal preference.
